Vanessa van den Brink is a leadership and inclusion specialist, inspiring her co-creators to strengthen their mindsets, habits and beliefs while working toward creating sustainable progress on a personal, professional and environmental level. A high degree of people-orientation as a foundation of her attitude and style has always been an integral part of her professional engagements.
She successfully made her career in an international business setting and has worked for nearly 15 years in various senior leadership positions with a financial services corporation. Through these experiences, she’s gained proficiency, tools and best practices in self-management, emotional intelligence, culture development, systemic thinking, business communication, and leading change. Her academic background in International Business Administration, Strategic Human Resource Management as well as Positive Psychology Coaching has fostered a deep understanding of science-backed practices and the necessity of curiosity and critical thinking.
The core of her dynamic practice revolves around mindset shifts and vertical development - by gaining insights into current thinking and behavioural patterns and by broadening and deepening our understanding of them, we give meaning to and find solutions for future issues in a cognitively and emotionally more refined way.
